• What: Seniors will enjoy the benefit of low-impact water aerobics led by a certified instructor. Swimwear is required, and swim caps are recommended.
• Where: Rahway YMCA, which is located at 1564 Irving Street, Rahway, NJ 07065. Transportation will be provided, drop off and pick up will be from the John T. Gregorio Center, which is located at 330 Helen Street. The bus will be leaving promptly at 8:30am.
• When: Tuesdays, May 19, 2026 through July 7, 2026 from 9am until 10am.

Join us for a nationally celebrated day for our seniors. Linden presents an Arts & Entertainment Senior Health and Wellness Day.

• When: Fridays, April 10, 2026 through June 26, 2026 from 9:30am until 10:30am.
