Please take notice that on December 13, 2022 in accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975 the Planning Board of the City of Linden will conduct its regular meeting at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be held in person. Registration is not required for this meeting.
At this meeting the Board will vote on the 2023 PB Meetings Calendar and hear four Applications, namely: SP 1084D-22 – New Grasselli Road – Tremley Point Warehouses; SP 1162-22 – 801 E. Please take notice that the Planning Board of the City of Linden (the “Board”) will hold a public hearing to consider adoption of the proposed periodic Reexamination Report of the Master Plan of the City of Linden (the “Master Plan Reexamination”) at the Board’s meeting to be held on November 10, 2022 at 6:30 PM in the Planning Room at Linden City Hall, located at 301 North Wood Avenue, Linden, New Jersey 07036.
The Master Plan Reexamination evaluated Linden’s long range planning policies and contains several recommended changes to the City of Linden’s Zoning Ordinance.
Any interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing to be held on November 10, 2022 at 6:30 PM in the Planning Room at Linden City Hall, located at 301 North Wood Avenue, Linden, New Jersey 07036. The Master Plan Reexamination is available for inspection on from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Office of the City Engineer at Linden City Hall, located at 301 North Wood Avenue, Linden, New Jersey 07036.
