PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on January 11, 2022 in accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et. seq., the Planning Board of the City of Linden will conduct its regular meeting at 6:30 pm.

At this meeting the Board will vote on Resolutions; namely SP 1143-21 – 800 W. Edgar Rd. – Linden Development LLC, and hear three Applications, namely, SP-1084B-21 – New Grasselli Road – PGII/GAR Tremley Property Two Urban Renewal LLC, SP 1135-21 – 721 W. Linden Avenue – RHS, and SP 1144-21 120 E. Price Street – 120 E. Price Street LLC.

Copies of the filed Plans submitted by the Applicant can be reviewed on the City website here. Copies of any exhibits that will be utilized by the Applicant at the hearing will also be made available at the aforementioned link at least two (2) days prior to the hearing.

Notice RE December 14, 2021 Planning Board Meeting

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 14, 2021 in accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et. seq., the Planning Board of the City of Linden will conduct its regular meeting at 6:30 pm.

At this meeting the Board will vote on Resolutions; namely SP 1140-21 – 327 W. St. Georges Avenue – IJAS LLC, SP 1141-21 – 522, 526, 532 & 534 E. Elizabeth Avenue – Grunwald Properties, and hear two Applications, namely, SP-1143-21 –800 W. Edgar Road – Linden Development LLC and SP 1146-21 Linden Station Apartments – Accurate Builders. The Board will also hear Redevelopment Plan on Block Block 159, Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 (Roselle Street). Copies of the filed Plans submitted by the Applicant can be reviewed on the City website here. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 12, 2021 in accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et. seq., the Planning Board of the City of Linden will conduct its regular meeting at 6:30 pm.

At this meeting the Board will vote on Resolution; namely SD764-21 – 1009 Wheatsheaf Road – Woodlawn Partners, and hear two Applications, namely, SP-1140-21 –327 W. St. Georges Avenue – IJAS LLC, SP 1141-21 – 522, 526, 532 & 534 E. Elizabeth Avenue – Grunwald Properties. Notice RE September 14, 2021 Planning Board Meeting

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 14, 2021 in accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et. seq., the Planning Board of the City of Linden will conduct its regular meeting at 6:30 pm.

At this meeting the Board will hear three Applications, namely, SP-1134-20 –1206-1208 E. St. Georges Avenue – T’nita Perry, SP 1126-20 – 422 N. Wood Avenue – Jumping Bunnies, SD764-21 – 1009 Wheatsheaf Road – Woodlawn Partners. The Board will also hear Redevelopment Study and Preliminary Investigations on Block 288, Lots 3, 4.01, 4.02, 8.01, 9, 10 and 12; and Block 321, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 (West Elizabeth Avenue). Copies of the filed Plans submitted by the Applicant can be reviewed below. Notice RE August 10, 2021 Planning Board Meeting

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that A Special Meeting of the Linden Planning Board has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at 6:30 pm in the Planning Board Room, City Hall, 301 N. Wood Ave., Linden, NJ. The purpose of the meeting is as follows:

At this meeting the Board will vote on Resolutions; namely, SP-1124-20 – 3401 Tremley Point Road – JMV Sales Corp. Inc., SP 1131-21 – 2525 Brunswick Avenue – Brunswick/Park Associates, SP 1132-21 Linden Development LLC (Medical Office Building), SD763-21 – 815-819 Clark Street – Clark Home Builders, LLC. The Board will also conduct a review of Ordinance 65-34 (prohibiting the operation of any class of cannabis business within Linden’s geographical boundaries) regarding the Zoning Ordinance, or an amendment thereto, to determine whether the proposal is substantially consistent with the City of Linden’s Master Plan. 

Official action will not be taken.
