• What: An osteoporosis prevention, exercise, and education program for older adults. Balance and strength to stand tall.
• When: Mondays, January 8 through April 15, at 10am.

• Who: Two age groups: ages 5 through 10, and ages 11 through 17.
• What: Mixed Martial Arts, an effective form of self defense. Marital Arts is an art form that tests not only physical strength and endurance, but mental perseverance, determination and patience. This is all through a positive attitude, discipline, and respect towards others and ourselves.
• Where: John T. Gregorio Center, which is located at 330 Helen Street.
• When: Six week program. Every Wednesday from January 17 through February 21, 2024.
  • Ages 5 through 10, from 5:45pm until 7pm.
  • Ages 11 through 17, from 7pm until 8:15pm.

• What: Senior line dancing classes. Line dancing for seniors is a fun, healthy and rewarding activity and exercise. Dancing styles incorporated into the class include salsa, ballroom and country western.

Due to the popularity of this class, we are offering two dates per month to register your child for the class. Please choose one or the other. There are 15 slots per class and the classes fill quickly. Don’t be left out, register today!

• Who: For kids ages 5 through 12.
• What: Kids canvas paint classes. All supplies included. The painting classes are guided with the instructor showing every step. Small color copies of the painting will be handed out to the children for reference. Background music will be available to create a more creative and tranquil atmosphere for the young artists.
• Where: John T. Gregorio Center, which is located at 330 Helen Street.
• When: Due to the popularity of this class, we are offering two dates per month to register your child for the class. Please choose one or the other. Each class is from 6pm until 7:30pm.

• What: Indoor soccer. All participants must have their own shin guards.
• Where: All League games are played at the Linden Multi Purpose Center, which is located at 1025 John Street.
• When: The League begins on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 10:15am.
• How: Registration deadline is December 29, 2023. After deadline, all registrants must register at the main office and a waiting list will be established. Registration fee is $56 for residents, and $66 for non-residents. The registration fee includes a one-time annual $6 insurance fee. All participants must have their own shin guards. Register online here, or register in person at the John T. Gregorio Center (330 Helen Street) from 9am until 4pm, or at the Linden Multi Purpose Center (1025 John Street) from 9am until 7pm. All locations accept checks, money orders, Visa and Mastercard. No refunds once the League begins. For more information, call (908) 474-8600. • Who: Third through eighth grade.
• What: Double Dutch is a creative and challenging sport. It’s a great source of exercise using 2-4 ropes. Jumping can improve heart health, balance and rhythm. Individuals will learn basics turning techniques, fancy trick movements and speed jumping. We invite you to have fun and challenge your skill level in competitive competitions. Practice as needed on Saturdays, field trips, and competitions will be notified in advance.
• Where: Linden Multi-Purpose Center, which is located at 1025 John Street.
• When: Mondays, 5:30pm until 7pm, December 4, 2023 through January 29, 2024.
  • No class on December 25, 2023
  • No class on January 1 and 15, 2024
