PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Linden, Zoning Board of Adjustment’s scheduled meeting on Monday, November 10, 2025 has been cancelled due to a lack of quorum. All business scheduled for this meeting will be conducted at the next scheduled meeting without further notice. The next Zoning Board meeting will be held on December 8, 2025. The Members of the Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority will meet on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 10 AM at its Administrative Offices, 5005 South Wood Avenue, Linden, New Jersey.
The agenda of the meeting is to award a bid for the following contract: Flood Mitigation Improvements (Rebid) to Hall Construction Co. Inc., of Farmingdale, New Jersey, for the low bid amount of $2,189,000, all of which is allowable for funding through the NJWB and any other matters that may come before Board Members.
Please take notice, the State Planning Commission shall conduct six public hearings for the purpose of receiving testimony on the draft Final New Jersey’s State Development and Redevelopment Plan and the draft Infrastructure Needs Assessment pursuant to the State Planning Act at N.J.S.A. 52:18A-202(c) as set forth in the State Planning Rules at N.J.A.C. 15:30-5.2.

Please take notice that on May 1, 2025 in accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975 the Planning Board of the City of Linden will conduct a special meeting at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be held in person. Registration is not required for this meeting. At this meeting the Board will hear introduction of the Ordinance 69-28 & Ordinance 69-29. The May 20, 2025 Regular Council Meeting, will include a public hearing on the Special Improvement District 2025 budget at 7pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall (301 North Wood Avenue).

Legal notice of this meeting cancellation has been filed with the Office of the City Clerk, posted on the doors of City Hall, posted on the doors of the JTG Center, posted in the lobby of the Health Department offices at the Community Center Building, and posted on the Events Calendar of the City of Linden website.
A Special Council Meeting of the Linden City Council has been scheduled for Friday, April 18, 2025 at 12pm in the Susan Hudak Auditorium, Linden High School 121 West St. Georges Avenue, Linden, NJ 07036. The purpose of the meeting is as follows:
The Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority will conduct a hearing for the purpose of establishing its 2025 rates and charges. The hearing will take place at 12pm on April 29, 2025 at the Authority’s office, located at 5005 South Wood Avenue, Linden NJ 07036. In accordance with its Municipal Agreement with the City of Linden and the Borough of Roselle and related Municipal Ordinances as amended April 21, 2015, ORD. No. 59-18, and based upon the federally approved user charge system adopted in 1979, the Authority has determined that the 2025 allocations of its budgeted costs result in the following proposed schedule of charges for the year 2025 – click here to view proposed schedule.
