The Special Meeting was called pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act. Notice of this meeting was sent via email to the Local Source, The Star Ledger and the Home News Tribune on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. In addition, copies of this notice were posted on the bulletin board in City Hall and the Municipal Website.
The purpose of the meeting is as follows:

A Special Meeting of the Linden Local Assistance Board has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 5:15 PM. The meeting will be held at 1120 East St. Georges Avenue, Linden, NJ 07036.
The purpose of the meeting is as follows:

The Special Meeting was called pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public
Meetings Law. Notice of this meeting was sent via email to the Local Source, The
Star Ledger and the Home News Tribune on Wednesday, January 11, 2023. In
addition, copies of this notice were posted on the bulletin board in City Hall and
the City’s website.
The Linden Rent Control Board will conduct its regular quarterly meeting in person at 7pm on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 in the City of Linden Planning Board Room on the third floor, and will feature a Q&A with the City of Linden attorney. These meetings give Linden tenants an opportunity to have rent control concerns addressed.
