Notice RE Public Hearing – Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority

The Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority will conduct a hearing for the purpose of establishing its 2025 rates and charges. The hearing will take place at 12pm on April 29, 2025 at the Authority’s office, located at 5005 South Wood Avenue, Linden NJ 07036. In accordance with its Municipal Agreement with the City of Linden and the Borough of Roselle and related Municipal Ordinances as amended April 21, 2015, ORD. NJDEP Green Acres Public Notice – Jake’s Law Program

Public Hearing Announcement

  • Click here to view and/or download the Linden Jake’s Law Public Hearing Informational Packet, which includes the Public Hearing Announcement Notice for Jake’s Law Program (George L. Milkosky Park Project) as well as the Environmental Impact Assessment Outline for the Jake’s Law Program.

Purpose: The City of Linden is seeking funding through the State of NJ Green Acres Program for improvements at George L. Milkosky Park located at 2100 Bedle Pl. near the Bedle Place and McCandless Pl. Intersection in Linden, New Jersey.

Project Scope: The City of Linden proposes to create the following new facilities at George L. Milkosky Park: a State-of-the-art, all-access, and all-inclusive playground. A concept plan showing the proposed changes, a preliminary cost estimate, and an environmental impact assessment for the project can be found clicking here.

Information: The public is encouraged to attend a public hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposed plan on January 21st, 2025 during the regularly scheduled 7:00 p.m. council meeting. The meeting will be held in person as part of the regularly scheduled Council meeting.
