Notice of Intent is hereby given that the City of Linden, in the County of Union and State of New Jersey, intends to participate in the Cooperative Purchasing Program (HGACBuy) of the Houston-Galveston Area Council of Governments, Contract#SC06-24 for Sewer, Storm Water, and Hydro-Excavating Equipment and Related Services within the City of Linden. The City of Linden, in the County of Union and State of New Jersey, intends to award a contract to Duke’s Root Control, Inc., located at 400 Airport Road, Suite E, Elgin, IL 60123, pursuant to the bid submitted in response to HGACBuy’s Request for Bids for Sewer, Storm Water, and Hydro-Excavating Equipment and Related Services, dated February 8, 2024.
The contract price established by HGACBuy, pursuant to its receipt of bids, is $34,658.80.
The City of Linden will utilize this contract from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2028.
The City of Linden is permitted to join National Cooperative Purchasing Agreements under the Authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
