Public Works Schedule Change Alert

Please note the Department of Public Works (DPW) upcoming schedule change in Recognition of the Juneteenth Holiday. Click here to view and/or download the Public Works modified schedule in Recognition of the Juneteenth Holiday. DPW will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026. The holiday closure will facilitate the following changes to our operations and collections for June 17 and June 18.

  • Bottles and Cans Recycling
    • Districts 1, 2, 3, 9, and 10. Blue carts will be collected on Monday, June 15.
    • Districts 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Blue carts will be collected on Tuesday, June 16.
  • Sanitation (household waste) Collections
    • Districts 1, 2, 3, 9, and 10. Sanitation (green carts) will be collected on Wednesday, June 17.
    • Districts 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Sanitation (green carts) will be collected on Thursday, June 18.
  • The Recycling Center and DPW bulk waste drop-off site will be closed on Friday, June 19. Both facilities will reopen on Saturday, June 20.
  • There will be no bagged grass collection this week. Grass collections will resume next Thursday and Friday.
