LMPC Seatercise
Mayor Derek Armstead, the City of Linden, and the Department of Parks & Recreation are pleased to offer Seatercise.

- Who: All Linden Seniors.
- What: Seated Fitness.
- Seatercise Chair Aerobics (30 minutes). Burn calories, build strength and increase your heart rate in Build a Body’s chair aerobics class executing functional exercises. If you can sit, this is the workout for you!
- Seatercise Chair Aerobics and Yoga (60 minutes). Improve your flexibility, circulation, and concentration. Reduce stress and joint strain, all while boosting your mood in the chair. If you can sit, this workout is for you!
- When: Thursdays and Fridays from April through August, at 11:30am.

- May 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29
- June 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26
- July 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31

- Where: John T. Gregorio Center, which is located at 330 Helen Street.
