Mayor Derek Armstead has partnered with Super Health Pharmacy once again to provide COVID-19 vaccinations. Walkups permitted, but you must first fill out the consent form online by clicking here.

• Who: Open to everyone 5 years and older (children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian). ID is required.
• What: COVID-19 vaccinations.
• When: Thursday, February 24th from 3pm until 6pm.
• Where: Linden Multi Purpose Center, located at 1025 John Street.
• How: Fill out this consent form prior to arriving to the Vaccination Clinic.

• Sunday January 23rd: Vaccination.
• Sunday January 30th: Vaccination & Testing.
• Time: 12pm – 6pm. Please note that doors close at 5:45pm.

• Who: Open to all. ID is required.
• What: COVID-19 PCR & Rapid Testing. Results within 48 hours.
• When: Every Tuesday and Wednesday from 8am until 10am, and from 4pm until 6pm. No Appointment needed. Please note that doors close at 5:45pm.
