2026 Blue Acres Fall Volunteer Event

Mayor Derek Armstead, the City of Linden, Infineum, Phillips 66 – Bayway Refinery, and Sunoco LP are proud to sponsor the 2026 Blue Acres Fall Volunteer event. Join us for a day of environmental stewardship and community service at the Tremley Point Blue Acres Site. Wear boots and bring gloves. Clippers and shovels will be provided. Lunch will be served!

  • What: Tree/shrub planting, cage management, weeding and cleanup.
  • Where: Tremley Point Blue Acres Site. Meet at the 7th Ward Community Center, which is located at 2907 Tremley Point Road.
  • When: Friday, October 16, 2026 from 8am until 3:30pm.
  • How: Email your name and phone number to engineering@linden-nj.gov to sign up or call the Division of Engineering at 908-474-8473.
