PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 14, 2021 in accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et. seq., the Planning Board of the City of Linden will conduct its regular meeting at 6:30 pm.

At this meeting the Board will vote on Resolutions; namely SP 1140-21 – 327 W. St. Georges Avenue – IJAS LLC, SP 1141-21 – 522, 526, 532 & 534 E. Elizabeth Avenue – Grunwald Properties, and hear two Applications, namely, SP-1143-21 –800 W. Edgar Road – Linden Development LLC and SP 1146-21 Linden Station Apartments – Accurate Builders. The Board will also hear Redevelopment Plan on Block Block 159, Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 (Roselle Street). Copies of the filed Plans submitted by the Applicant can be reviewed on the City website here. Copies of any exhibits that will be utilized by the Applicant at the hearing will also be made available at the aforementioned link at least two (2) days prior to the hearing.

As resolved at the November 04, 2021 Regular Meeting of the Linden Shade Tree Commission, 2022 Regular Meetings of the Linden Shade Tree Commission shall be held first Thursday of each month except for July, when there will be no meeting. Meetings shall be held at 7:00 pm, on the dates listed, in the Planning Room, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 301 North Wood Avenue, Linden, NJ or virtually based upon COVID protocols as required at the time. Virtual Meetings shall have access information posted to the City website prior to each meeting as required.

The Board will also hear Redevelopment Plan on Block 288, Lots 3, 4.01, 4.02, 8.01, 9, 10 and 12; and Block 321, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 (West Elizabeth Avenue).
