Addendum No. 1 – Notice to Bidders

The City of Linden (City) has issued this Addendum No. 1 for the Stormwater Downchute Restorations Project. All bidders must submit the Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda form. Failure to submit the Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda form is a mandatory cause for the bid to be rejected (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2).

Addendum No. 1 does not change the original sealed bid submission date (Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 10:00 A.M.), at which time the sealed bids will be opened by the City. This Addendum No. 1 includes the following sections:

  • Changes to the Contract Documents
  • Changes to the Contract Drawings
  • Questions at the Pre-Bid Conference
  • Questions Submitted by Potential Bidders
  • Pre-Bid Conference Minutes
