Zoning Board of Adjustment – Amended Regular Meeting Dates 2026
Whereas, a copy of the regular meeting dates for the year 2026 shall be furnished to the news media designated by the municipal governing body in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Law, N.J.S. 10;4-6 et. seq.; and
Whereas, the Board wishes to list the dates of their regular meetings; and
Now, therefore, the Regular Meetings of the Linden Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held in the Planning Room, on the third floor of City Hall, Linden, NJ. All meetings shall be held on the second Monday of each month, except for January, February, March, July, August, October, and December, convening at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board assembles.

Be it further resolved, that the procedure of all meetings for the year 2026 shall be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order and are subject to the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975.
