Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class. Participants should consult with a physician prior to participation.

  • Who: For Linden senior residents.
  • What: A senior modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity with easy-to-follow Zumba choreography. Senior Zumba Gold focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
  • Where: John T. Gregorio Center, which is located at 330 Helen Street.
  • When: Fridays, January 13 through March 17, 2023, from 10am until 11am.
