Planning Board
The Planning Board is responsible for administering, updating and enforcing the City’s master plan which is a comprehensive, long-range plan intended to direct the community’s growth and development. It also reviews all sub-divisions and site plans.
When and where are Planning Board meetings held?

What procedures must be followed to come before the Planning Board?
Please call the Planning Board Secretary Monday or Thursday from 10am – 3pm.

In most cases, yes.
Why would I need to appear before the Planning Board?
If you are not complying with Zoning Ordinances.
