The New Jersey Division of Taxation and the Department of Law & Public Safety Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are offering New Jersey Property Tax Relief Programs.

- Who: For Homeowners and Renters.
- What: The New Jersey Division of Taxation and the Department of Law & Public Safety Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are offering New Jersey Property Tax Relief Programs administered by the Department of the Treasury and Division of Taxation. The Department of the Treasury and the Division of Taxation will provide an overview of three programs that can help put real dollars in your pocket:
- The Anchor Program
- The Property Tax Reimbursement (Senior Freeze) Program
- The Stay NJ Program
- Where: Virtual Zoom.
- When: March 18, 2026, from 12:30pm until 2pm.

- Property tax relief is not just for property owners. Renters as well as mobile homeowners may be eligible if they meet other requirements.
- Senior citizens may qualify for mare than one property tax relief program, depending on other criteria.
- People receiving disability benefit payments may be eligible for the Senior Freeze program, even if they are not senior citizens, subject to additional terms.
