November 10, 2025 Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting CANCELLATION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Linden, Zoning Board of Adjustment’s scheduled meeting on Monday, November 10, 2025 has been cancelled due to a lack of quorum. All business scheduled for this meeting will be conducted at the next scheduled meeting without further notice. The next Zoning Board meeting will be held on December 8, 2025. Regular Meetings of the Linden Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held in the Planning Room, on the third floor of City Hall, Linden, NJ. All meetings shall be held on the second Monday of each month, with the exception of January, February, March, August, and October convening at 6pm, or as soon thereafter as the Board assembles.

Official action will be taken and portions of the meeting may be held in executive session. The procedure of all meetings for the year 2025 shall be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order and are subject to the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975; and are in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Law, N.J.S. 10;4-6 et. seq.
