The Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority will conduct a hearing for the purpose of establishing its 2025 rates and charges. In accordance with its Municipal Agreement with the City of Linden and the Borough of Roselle and related Municipal Ordinances as amended April 21, 2015, ORD. No. 59-18, and based upon the federally approved user charge system adopted in 1979, the Authority has determined that the 2025 allocations of its budgeted costs result in the following proposed schedule of charges for the year 2025 – click here to view proposed schedule.
