- Where: School #9, which is located at 1401 Deerfield Terrace.
- When: March 12, from 5pm until 8pm.

- Social Secuirty Card.
- Permanent Resident Card or U.S. Citizenship Certificate.
- Birth Certificate.
- Proof of income.
- If your child is undocumented, you will not need a Social Security Card or any immigration status document.
