Mayor Derek Armstead, the City of Linden, and the Department of Parks & Recreation are pleased to offer Teen Strength Training and Cardio.

- Who: Ages 14 through 18.
- What: Teen Strength Training and Cardio. This program is designed to be safe and beneficial under our proper supervision and technique. Teens will use strength training to improve their sports performance, treat or prevent injuries, or lose weight.
- Where: Linden Multi-Purpose Center, which is located at 1025 John Street.
- When: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, beginning December 10, 2024 through February 05, 2025, from 3:30pm until 5pm.
