Mayor Derek Armstead, the City of Linden, and the Department of Parks & Recreation are pleased to offer Robot Makers: Start Making Moves; a STEM program hosted by Little Ivy Academy.

- Who: Second through fifth graders.
- What: Robot Makers: Start Making Moves; a STEM program hosted by Little Ivy Academy. Your child and their lab mates will learn how gears work together, to program a sensor and more! Participants will make motors move and gears whir when they take control of the building and programming of their moving and sensing robots! Utilizing the LEGO Mindstorms robotics system as well as coding language, lab teams will discover some of the basic engineering and programming concepts. Participants will need to turn their own ideas into moving robotic creations!
- When: Mondays, March 25 through May 6, 2024 from 4pm until 5pm.
- Where: Linden Multi Purpose Center, which is located at 1025 John Street.
