Mayor Derek Armstead has partnered with Super Health Pharmacy once again to provide Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccinations and third doses. Walkups permitted, but you must first fill out the consent form online by clicking here.
- Who: Open to everyone 12 years and older (children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian). ID is required.
- What: Pfizer and Moderna vaccination and third doses for COVID-19.
- When: Tuesday, September 21st from 10am until 4pm.
- Where: Linden PAL, 400 Maple Avenue, Linden NJ 07036
- How: Fill out this consent form prior to arriving to the Vaccination Clinic.
