Please note the Department of Public Works (DPW) upcoming schedule change in Observance of Columbus Day. The holiday closure will facilitate the following changes to our operations and collections for October 13, 14, 15, and 16, 2026.
Cardboard and Mixed Paper Recycling
Districts 1, 2, 3, 9, and 10. Brown carts will be collected on Tuesday, October 13.
Districts 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Brown carts will be collected on Wednesday, October 14.
Sanitation (household waste) Collections
Districts 1, 2, 3, 9, and 10. Sanitation (green carts) will be collected on Thursday, October 15.
Districts 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Sanitation (green carts) will be collected on Friday, October 16.
The Recycling Center and DPW bulk waste drop-off site will be closed on Monday, October 12. Both facilities will reopen on Tuesday, September 8.
There will be no grass/bagged leaf collection this week.
