Please note the Department of Public Works (DPW) upcoming schedule change in Celebration of Independence Day. Click here to view and/or download the Public Works modified schedule in Celebration of Independence Day. DPW will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026 and Saturday, July 4, 2026. The holiday closure will facilitate the following changes to our operations and collections for July 1 and July 2.
Sanitation (household waste) Collections
Districts 1, 2, 3, 9, and 10. Sanitation (green carts) will be collected on Wednesday, July 1.
Districts 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Sanitation (green carts) will be collected on Thursday, July 2.
The Recycling Center and DPW bulk waste drop-off site will be closed on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4. Both facilities will reopen on Monday, July 6.
There will be no bagged grass collection this week. Grass collections will resume next week.
