Please note the Department of Public Works (DPW) upcoming schedule change for the celebration of Christmas and New Years Day. Click here to view and/or download the Public Works modified schedule for December 2025. DPW will be closed on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 Thursday, December 25, 2025, Wednesday 31, 2025 and January 1, 2026. The holiday closure will facilitate the following changes to our operations and collections for the weeks of December 22 and December 29.
The Recycling Center and DPW bulk waste drop-off site will also be closed on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, Thursday, December 25, 2025, Wednesday, December 31, 2025 and January 1, 2026. Both facilities will reopen on the Fridays after the holidays.
Cardboard / Mixed Paper Recycling
Districts 1, 2, 3, 9, and 10. Brown carts will be collected on Monday, December 22.
Districts 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Brown carts will be collected on Tuesday, December 23.
Sanitation (household waste) Collections
Districts 1, 2, 3, 9, and 10. Sanitation (green carts) will be collected on Wednesday, December 24 and December 31.
Districts 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Sanitation (green carts) will be collected on Friday, December 26 and January 2.
Bottles and Cans Recycling
Districts 1, 2, 3, 9, and 10. Blue carts will be collected on Monday December 29.
Districts 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Blue carts will be collected on Tuesday December 30.
Curb line (on street) leaf collections were completed on December 12.
Bagged leaf collections were completed on December 19.
Do not place any leaves in the street until October 2026.
At this time the 2026 Collection Schedules are being mailed to all residents.
