- Who: For Linden senior residents.
- What: A senior modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity with easy-to-follow Zumba choreography. Senior Zumba Gold focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
- Where: John T. Gregorio Center, which is located at 330 Helen Street.
- When: Fridays, September 9 through December 2, 2022, from 10am until 11am.
