Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Meeting – License Renewal

Regular Meetings of the City of Linden Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control will be held in the Council Office, which is located in Linden City Hall (301 North Wood Avenue). All meetings shall be held on the second Wednesday of each month, with the exception of the month of June, when two meetings are held (June 11 and June 25) and unless otherwise designated at 4pm, or as soon thereafter as the Board Assembles.

Official action will be taken and portions of the meeting may be held in executive session. Meeting documents are made available once meeting details are finalized.

Members of the public can submit questions or comments in writing no later than 2pm on meeting day via email or by fax at (908) 474-8451. Please include your name and address in the correspondence and title the email public meeting comment or question.

The meetings of the Linden Alcoholic Beverage Control were called pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Law. The procedure of all meetings for the year 2025 shall be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order, and the Open Public Meeting Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975.

Notice of this meeting was sent via email to the Local Source, The Star Ledger and the Home News Tribune. In addition, copies of this notice were posted on the bulletin board and the main entrance to City Hall.
