Certified copies of vital records may be obtained Tuesdays through Fridays between the hours of 9am – 4:30pm. only. Click here for all applications, forms, licenses, permits and information that can be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office.
Licenses For Marriage, Civil Union, Domestic Partnership
Effective June 1, 2013 marriage, civil union & domestic partnership applications will be taken on Mondays, by appointment only. Please contact our office at 908-474-8452 to schedule an appointment. Appointments can also be made in person in the City Clerk’s office 2nd floor, City Hall. Please be advised that there is a state mandated 72 hour waiting period that must be met prior to the release of all marriage licenses.
